Renown for a striking grain pattern resembling a tiger’s stripes, AltruWood’s unfinished FSC certified Tigerwood Flooring is the twin brother of teak with a bit of a wild streak.  Orange hues with darker streaks may require a bold designer to feel confident about taming this wild floor, but the AltruWood tigerwood customer is a happy customer.  With a Janka hardness rating of 1850, it is hard enough to withstand the rigors of a family of angry dogs or the stomping of petulant teenagers.
